Here is my news. I am just so excited to be given this wonderful opportunity.
I am now the new Italian cookery tutor at ‘The Bay Tree Cottage’, Farthingstone in Northampton. The cookery school is set in the most beautiful surroundings. Rolling hills, fields as far as the eye can see, chickens clucking, sheep’s bleating and quiet peaceful surroundings. Simply perfect.
The Bay Tree Cottage, offers such a variety of amazing courses, from soap making, floristry, bee keeping and candle making through to Indian cookery, celebration cakes and jams jellies and chutneys and so so much more.
Jenny is so welcoming and the courses are affordable to all and are offered in a very relaxed environment. These courses would make a wonderful gift for a birthday, anniversary or early Christmas present. Or just a great night out with the girls. It would be great to see you there.
My tutor days are as follows:
Antipasti, the Italian Way 12th Friday October 2012 7-9pm
Christmas pud and mincemeat making 23rd Friday November 2012 7-9pm
Pasta and gnocchi making 27th Tuesday November 2012 9.30-3pm
This will include ravioli, tagliatelle, gnocchi and stuffed pasta shells!!
