Pasta tools from Carmela’s Kitchen
We have released a small range of bespoke wooden pasta boards. Two unique ravioli boards, the first in our range.
One we call the sunburst ravioli board and the second is the doppio raviolo board. The boards are made from timber and are individually crafted. As with timber, variations may occur as our craftsman is working with a natural material. The boards are made from various hardwoods, naturally sourced.
Sunburst Raviolo board
Unique in design with a ledge and mound that would welcome any delicious pasta filling, while the doppio raviolo board has two beautifully crafted cavities that would equally welcome two different fillings; making this particular mould, Carmela’s signature pasta board.
Each board is priced at £39.00 plus postage and packaging as required.
All ravioli boards have been treated with an organic mineral oil.
Care & maintenance.
To clean the boards, we would recommend you allow the boards, once used, to dry out overnight then simply brush clean and if required, use a cocktail stick to remove stubborn dried on pasta from the ridges.
Do not immerse any pasta boards in water.

Doppio raviolo board

We now have ravioli boards with a unique pin for £47.00 plus postage.
All ravioli boards and pins have been treated with an organic mineral oil.

Gnocchi Boards
We have produced a beginners (basic) gnocchi board for rolling pasta and potato gnocchi, the board creates beautiful rigate indents as you roll.
The approximate measurement is 14cm x 8cm x 2.5cm
Each board is made with a base timber of Idigbo and a hardwood timber top.
Retailing at £16.50 per board which includes a dowel for forming pasta, plus postage and packaging as required.
All boards and the tiny pins have been treated with a natural mineral oil.
