Pasta making and wine tasting event with Carmela’s Kitchen. In this unique class you will learn how to make fresh egg pasta, then turn them into ridged garganelli tubes using a gnocchi board.
Carmela will also demonstrate how to make two sauces to compliment your pasta. All students will take home their pasta to enjoy.
