Loving Romagna with Carmela’s Kitchen
A week to taste the real Romagna, 3–10 June 2027 · 8 days / 7 nights
There’s a corner of Italy where the sea breeze mingles with the smell of fresh pasta and gentle hills lead towards the Adriatic coast.
Welcome to Romagna: a land of family kitchens, generous tables, golden beaches and traditions proudly passed from one generation to the next.
Loving Romagna with Carmela’s Kitchen invites you to experience it all, from making pasta by hand to meeting local producers, discovering beautiful places and sharing stories over delicious food.
Come for the flavours. Leave with memories — and a little piece of Romagna in your heart.
Meet Carmela from Carmela’s Kitchen
Carmela Sereno Hayes is the founder of Carmela’s Kitchen, a passionate cook, pastaia, recipe developer and cookbook author who has been teaching the art of fresh pasta in the UK for years. In her classes, you’ll discover the joy of making authentic Italian dishes with your own hands.
Meet our Nonna Romagnola — the Azdora
The Azdora is the traditional heart of a Romagnol household. Her recipes are simple, genuine and filled with wisdom passed down through generations. This is your chance to learn from a true keeper of local food traditions.
