If so then we are sure you will love this pasta masterclass. Carmela will leave you feeling confident and fully inspired to create some fantastic dinner party and family dishes.With each class that Carmela runs she will take you on a delicious journey of discovery showcasing well known and lesser unknown dishes through the regions of Italy. From coloured pasta to creating filled pasta, hand shaped pasta including seasonal sauces and dressings. Carmela is an Italian cookery writer and is looking forward to sharing her passion of pasta with you.
SAMPLE MENU DISHES:-
- Casonsei pasta parcels with a sausage, mortadella and breadcrumb stuffing
- Laminated spaghetti served with a pea, lemon and pine-nut dressing
- Spinach and beetroot large raviolo with browned butter and sage
- Spinach Spatzle served with taleggio and speck
- Cavatelli served with a crushed tomato sugo
Dish selection may change with the seasons and/or to match dietary requirements
Combination of hands-on cooking & demonstrations
Meal (dishes prepared during the class)2 drinks per person with the meal (this would include wine, beer and soft drinks)
Your own cotton apron to take home

Hands on and fun. From herb and edible flower laminated unfilled pasta to a variety of filled pasta shapes with a little technical pasta colouring work too. Carmela suggests that you bring along a container to take home all of your wonderful pasta creations.
