This delicious website is where all classes and events will be posted. Make this Italian website your first port of call. My original blog (www.carmelaskitchen.blogspot.com) can still be accessed through the new website too. Here I will share ideas, recipes and the most fabulous classes and events. Authentic Italian cookery at its best.

I have a range of tea towels being developed as we speak, so keep your eyes open for some cracking designs. Southern Italian Family Cooking will be out for release from November this year. Hip hip hooray!!!
