A taste of savoury and sweet this year! In this fun filled festive class, Carmela will demonstrate how to make her deliciously tender, Parmigiano Reggiano savoury biscuits with her speedy roasted pepper and sun-dried tomato dip, perfect to gift to a loved one, followed by a seasonal tiramisu with a festive twist. This years tiramisu is a decadent winter berry and lemon tiramisu, made using Pandoro Italian Christmas cake, with a generous topping of flaked almonds. You’ll go nuts for this wonderful dessert, that can easily be made in advance! Together we will all make a jam filled crostata lattice olive oil based tart for you to take home and bake. A firm family favourite, anytime of the year.
Carmela will finish by demonstrating to you all, how to make her signature amaretto and cranberry Christmas pudding. You will all make this plump fruity pudding to take home and steam along with your crostata tart that will require baking.
All ingredients are supplied. You will be advised on booking of all equipment you need to bring with you.
