Abington Park Museum Northampton 

 

Carmela will be running workshops throughout the year again in 2019 for Abington Park Museum, Northampton. Book up now directly with the Museum to secure your place .

 

Saturday 11th May   Coloring pasta workshop    1.00pm – 3.30pm

Carmela will demonstrate how to colour and make sheets of beautifully edible pasta using only natural ingredients. The students will then make fresh stripped garganelli and tortellini to take home.

The museum will notify you in advance of what equipment you will need to bring along on the day.

 

Saturday 7th September  1.00pm – 3.30pm  Pasta & Sauces workshop

Carmela will make 4 sauces and serve them with dried pasta . Then she will demonstrate how to make fresh semola pasta. The students will then make cavatelli, cicatelli and gnocchetti sardi to take home.

The museum will notify you in advance of what equipment you will need to bring along on the day.

Saturday 16th November   1.00pm – 3.30pm   Delicious Desserts workshop

Carmela will demonstrate how to make a variety of desserts (yet to be decided) and treats. The students will then make a dessert to take home and enjoy.
