Awaiting new date 1.00pm – 3.30pm Antipasti workshop
Carmela will guide and demonstrate for you a varieties of antipasti ideas that you can taste.
From filled baby peppers, bruschetta with 2 toppings, panzanella salad, aubergine caponata, polenta with seasonal topping, seasonal pesto. The students will all make baby filled peppers to take home and bake.
The museum will notify you in advance of what equipment you will need to bring along on the day.
Christmas pudding club – Sunday 22nd November 10 – 12.30pm
It’s stir up Sunday so the time has arrived to steep, stir and prepare our festive Christmas puddings together.
Carmela will guide you through her most loved British Christmas pudding with an Italian twist. You will be provided with all the ingredients required to make the pudding, and will need only a few kitchen tools to take part.
Carmela will also demonstrate for you how to make the following.
- Pistachio & cranberry biscotti (sample provided)
- Marsala soaked polenta and clementine biscotti (sample provided)
- Pear and lemon tiramisu
- Orange boiled cake with mascarpone cream (sample provided without the mascarpone cream)
