Carmela runs delicious supper clubs with evenings sponsored by Fillipo Berio extra virgin olive oil, held from the county of Northamptonshire. Carmela cooks her authentic food with a passion and understanding of the cucina povera traditions from the south of Italy. A simple and delicious style of cooking whilst using seasonal produce of fruit, vegetables, fish, meat and game.

Chicken saltimbocca , served with oven – roasted stemmed broccoli, aged balsamic vinegar, pine-nuts and garlic potatoes D, G, C, SD, E

Please pre-order the vegetarian option 3 days prior to the date of your supper club, for catering reasons otherwise this option will not be available.
