Carmela offers a range of Italian cookery and specialist pasta courses designed to suit all skill levels. For those seeking a more personal experience, one-to-one classes are also available.

Once booked, the time, date, and course content will be agreed with Carmela. Each class is tailor-made to suit your needs and learning requirements.
Individual Course Options
- Three-hour course – £195.00
- Four-hour course – £250.00
Location
All classes are held in The Pasta Room, located just off Carmela’s family kitchen, offering an authentic and welcoming environment.
Cancellation policy
Rescheduling by Participants – If notice is given, we will try to accommodate a change of date up to 7 days before the scheduled class.
Refunds – No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation by Carmela – Carmela reserves the right to cancel a cookery course with up to 72 hours’ notice.
