As part of my Italian cookery teaching I also plan and arrange large cookery classes and demonstrations for 30 to 60 students at anyone time. These classes are informal , fun, interactive and most importantly simple to master. Making students feel comfortable in a somewhat crazy environment.
From pasta to antipasti, fish, seafood and dessert classes. I do love running these events because it brings cookery to the forefront and to the attention of students that wouldn’t necessarily be interested in attending a full class. These events are affordable classes offering basic knowledge and understanding. The idea of these events is that they are sold as a taster to a main class with me held in my family kitchen.

Here are a few pictures of the most recent Autumn filled pasta evening. Starting with a full demonstration, then moving onto hands on action. Making the pasta on wooden boards, perfecting their kneading skills and mastering the perfect filled ravioli, tortellini, mezzalune and an array of hand rolled and worked pasta shapes.
All students had a wonderful time and left the class with a selection of fresh pasta to take home.
