On the evening of Saturday 1st March from 7pm, I will be launching my fifth large Carmela’s Kitchen cooking demonstration. Antipasti with a scrumptious difference. Now you are probably thinking, ‘antipasti, well that’s just parma ham and melon’, you are very wrong. I will be sharing lots of delicious and mouth-watering recipes and giving you lots of new ideas to try at home on your families. All my recipes are simple, fresh, original with a southern Italian twist.

I will demonstrate all of the delicious dishes below.

* Basil and olive pesto
*2  Bruschetta toppings
* Mozzarella stack
* Caponata dip
* Baby stuffed peppers
* Flavouring olives
* Talk though cured meats

Then its over to you to clean, prepare and fill baby stuffed peppers to take home and bake.

Also with a guest demonstration we have the top crustacean expert, hands on, ready to carry out crab picking with you. For many of you, you many have never en-counted or handled fresh crab. Here is your fully supervised chance to witness Adrian and his magic crab picking tools live in action.
Adrian will be available to answer any question or doubts you may have in relation to seafood. This is a golden crab opportunity to enlighten you to the vast world of seafood.
