Evening Highlights:

We’ll kick off the night with complimentary chilled prosecco to set the mood.

Next, under the expert guidance of Carmela, you’ll learn the art of shaping and filling pasta parcels like ravioli and tortellini with a ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano & spinach filling during the pasta-filling workshop. You’ll take your handmade creations home to cook and enjoy!

Next there will be a live pesto demonstration. Watch Carmela prepare two fresh pestos using traditional methods:

• Artichoke & lemon
• Aubergine

Enjoy with crunchy breadsticks for dipping.

Casual Italian Antipasti Feast:

After the pasta-making fun, we’ll gather for a relaxed, (informal) antipasti evening featuring an array of delicious dishes:

• Cured meat platter
• Italian cheese platter
• Pugliese bread
• Filippo Berio olive oil & aged balsamic
• Bruschetta with pan-fried mushrooms
• Lemon-marinated olives
• Artichokes in oil
• Sun-dried tomatoes
• Tomato & mozzarella salad
