The evening will begin with a welcome aperitivo, followed by a hands-on “Tortelli alla Zucca” workshop, where Carmela & Adele will guide you through the art of shaping and closing fresh pasta filled with butternut squash. Learn a new skill, have fun, and take home your own pasta creations to enjoy.

You will then be treated to a warm, autumnal four-course homemade Italian feast, served in the beautiful surroundings of MammaLina’s Cookery School — a hidden gem in East London where food lovers can gather to experience authentic Italian culinary traditions inspired by a typical Italian home.

This is the perfect opportunity to unwind from busy lives, reconnect with friends and family, meet like-minded people, channel your creative energy, and of course, enjoy delicious Italian food while learning new skills.

Carmela & Adele, both originally from the Molise region in Southern Italy, share a passion for authentic homemade Italian food, celebrating the “cucina povera” tradition of simple, seasonal, and delicious cooking.

REFUND POLICY

Our “Cookery & Dining” events are non-refundable. No changes are allowed if the class is missed. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
Should you not be able to attend you can either:

– Make a someone else attend on your behalf (subject to prior notification to us)
– Request at least 5 working days before the date of your class, to postpone it to another upcoming event, depending on availability.
We require a minimum of 8 participants attending the event and reserve the rights to cancel the class due to insufficient enrollment or if we need to postpone it due to an unforeseen occurrence. We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed at least 48 hours before the class.
