This course is demonstration based as well as a little hand-on too. Just making sure you arrive with an appetite.

• Pizzaiola risotto – Tomato risotto
• Cavatelli pasta with an cavolo nero pesto
• Seasonal fritatta
• Beef and pork polpettone , filled with boiled eggs and roasted peppers. Served with a tomato finto sauce.
• Torta della Nonna – Custard and pine-nut tart
