This course is demonstration based as well as a little hand-on too. Just making sure you arrive with an appetite.

  • All students will make and roll the dough for fresh semola cavatelli pasta.
  • Cavatelli pasta with a sausage and mushroom ragu.
  • Pasta rotolo filled with spinach and ricotta , baked on a bed of finto sugo.
  • Bread dumplings with speck and salami – Served as a snack for the demo.
  • Winter tiramisu.
