Crabstock seafood Festival – Northamptonshire May 24th, 25th, 26th 2014
Crabstock is about bringing awareness and information from the coastlines to us and you. Seafood is relatively easy to prepare and cook, and with the fabulous Adrian Bartlett (crustacean expert and fisherman) on hand he will simplify and answer any questions you may have.
Year two and so much to look forward to. Great support will make Crabstock bigger and better than last year. I will be running a few of the cookery demonstrations over the weekend along with a few other passionate and incredibly inspiring chefs. Seafood pasta with a twist as well as handmade fresh squid in pasta.
All we need now is your support, so please keep the May bank holiday weekend free and come along and enjoy the best of what the UK coastline has to offer.

We will have a fishmonger on site, showing us all filleting skills and offering fresh fish for sale. All stalls will now be outside and wont feel as segregated as last years event.
