Join us for an exclusive Italian Cookery & Dining Experience hosted by Adele Ursitti of Mammalina Cookery School, with special guest Carmela Sereno Hayes from Carmela’s Kitchen — proudly sponsored by Filippo Berio.
Spend a relaxed evening immersed in hands-on cooking, storytelling, and a beautiful shared supper inspired by the coastal flavours of Sardinia. More than a supper club, this is a cookery and dining experience designed to help you unwind, meet like-minded people, learn authentic Italian skills, and enjoy delicious seasonal food.
Hands-on Fregola & Seafood Workshop
Learn how to make Fregola from scratch — Sardinia’s iconic toasted pasta, often described as Italian giant couscous. Carmela will guide you through traditional rolling and shaping techniques, sharing plenty of tips and Italian flair along the way.
Adele will also demonstrate how to clean and cook fresh mussels, alongside the preparation of a classic Sardinian seafood dish.
After the workshop, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy a relaxed seasonal Italian feast in the beautiful surroundings of Mammalina Cookery School.
Your 4-course supper includes:
• Mediterranean Aperitivo nibble
• Antipasti: “Pepata di Cozze”- Fresh mussels steamed in a simply delicious white wine and lemon peppery sauce, homemade focaccia and Filippo Berio EVOO testing
• Primo: King prawns sautéed in white wine with fresh cherry tomatoes, lemon and aromatic herbs, served on a bed of saffron fregola
• Contorni: Seasonal vegetables side dishes
• Dolce: Pavlova with seasonal berries and lemony cream
• Tea/coffee & Italian Biscotti

REFUND POLICY
Our “Cookery & Dining” events are non-refundable. No changes are allowed if the class is missed. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
Should you not be able to attend you can either:
– Make a someone else attend on your behalf (subject to prior notification to us)
– Request at least 5 working days before the date of your class, to postpone it to another upcoming event, depending on availability.
We require a minimum of 8 participants attending the event and reserve the rights to cancel the class due to insufficient enrollment or if we need to postpone it due to an unforeseen occurrence. We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed at least 48 hours before the class.

You’ll take part in a hands-on Fregola making workshop led by talented pastaia Carmela, learning how to make Sardinia’s iconic toasted pasta from scratch,
Adele will also demonstrate how to clean and cook fresh mussels, alongside the preparation of a classic Sardinian seafood dish, followed by a seasonal 4-course Italian feast inspired by the coastal flavours of Sardinia.
