Description

Carmela will start at the very beginning and teach you the art of simple pasta making. Learn to make pasta the Italian way from a simple fresh egg dough and semolina dough, transforming the dough into delicate strands of spaghetti, farfalle bows, gnocchi sardi, garganelli, sopresini and other hand rolled , unfilled shapes. Learn to make decorative freshly pressed herb dough. Pasta making is a hands on course. Simplicity at its best!

Bring along a container to take your freshly made pasta home.

Please note: Carmela is able to offer and teach gluten free beginners’ pasta as a separate class.
