Description

Carmela will start at the very beginning and teach you the art of simple pasta making. Learn to make pasta the Italian way from a simple fresh egg dough and semolina dough to delicate strands of spaghetti, farfalle bows, gnocchi sardi, garganelli, soprese and other hand rolled , unfilled shapes. Learn to make decorative freshly pressed herb dough. Pasta making is a hands on course. Simplicity at its best!

Bring along a container to take your freshly made pasta home.

Please note: Carmela is able to offer and teach gluten free beginners pasta. As above but using a formulated pasta dough. On booking please notify Carmela if gluten free will be required. Cross contamination is unavoidable in a group teaching situation.

Coffee & cantuccini will be offered as elevenses.
