Carmela will show you how to make 4 gluten free pasta doughs and form them into beautifully detailed, filled and unfilled pasta shapes. The importance is learning how to combine and roll the dough efficiently to minimise crumbling while keeping the pasta dough incredibly light.

Please note the class format will change seasonally.

Please bring along a container to take home your freshly made pasta.
