Carmela is now offering pasta masterclasses in the beautiful setting of ‘Suzanne James number fifty seven Cookery school in East Dulwich.
Italian Pasta Making – Filled & Unfilled pasta
Carmela will start at the very beginning and teach you the art of simple pasta making. Learn to make pasta the Italian way from a simple fresh egg dough and semolina dough to delicate farfalle bows, gnocchi sardi, garganelli, cappelli and soprese. Moving onto a simple filling of ricotta, Parmesan and nutmeg, Carmela will show you how to fill and shape ravioli, tortellini and her famous fresh egg yolk raviolo. Learn to make decorative freshly pressed herb dough. Pasta making is a hands on course. Simplicity at its best!
Bring along a container to take your freshly made pasta home.

Carmela has the right to give up to 72 hours notice prior to cancelling a cookery course.
If notice is given and if you need to change the date of your class, or cancel the booking, we can try to accommodate this up 7 days before the due class. No refunds will be issued for last minute cancellations or no shows and a fee will apply for any requested reschedule.
