Pasta Fresca will teach, encourage and aid you into becoming a master pasta maker in no time at all.  From which flours are best and recommended to use, to how to colour your pasta dough and how to create beautifully laminated and colourful pasta sheets.

The recipes are mostly written using freshly made pasta but Carmela offers dried pasta alternatives for ease, speed and for hungry appetites.
