Pasta making at Abington Museum, Northamptonshire

A class full of delicious tastings with Italian cook and author Carmela Sereno hayes. Carmela will demonstrate how to make four different pasta sauces and serve them with her handmade pasta. On the menu will be roasted tomato and Parmesan rind sauce with penne, gorgonzola sauce with gnocchi, spaghetti carbonara, and seasonal pea and ricotta pesto with trofie pasta. Then it will be over to you to make some farfalle pasta, under Carmela’s expert tuition, to take home. You will also take away a sample of pesto to enjoy at home.
You will be informed of which utensils to bring upon booking.
